As we move into the spring months — a season of renewal, fresh energy, and new beginnings — I’m excited to share my first sound bath event in Vancouver.
Known for its ethically sourced, sustainable, and handcrafted pieces, I’m honoured to be partnering with bluboho — a Canadian conscious jewellery brand with boutiques across the country, including their newest location at Park Royal in West Vancouver.
On Saturday, March 21 at 9:00 AM, we will gather in community at Bluboho Park Royal for an intimate Spring Sound Ceremony. Each guest will receive a small journal and a bluboho cord bracelet.
Join me, Julie-Ann of Resonant Sound Healing, for a 60-minute guided meditation and sound bath designed to gently immerse us in the landscapes of our inner world. This experience is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and allow the vibrations of sound to support deep relaxation, release stagnant energy, and cultivate a heightened sense of well-being.
No prior experience is necessary — sound baths welcome people of all backgrounds and levels of familiarity with meditation or sound therapy. Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to experience the restorative power of sound.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
